If you think about the Bauhaus’ concept of ‘Art and Technology,’ which its founder Walter Gropius introduced to the radical school in 1923, just four years after it opened, changing its direction dramatically, then it is hard to see the connection to the British Arts and Crafts Movement and its father William Morris.
